Formed before the competition the group opts for the title of the best player and promulgation of modern jazz. The original composition Vacation for appearance in the finals was composed by Jonas Gliaudelis, the Quartet’s younger member.
Donata Januševičiūtė graduated from M.K. Čiurlionis National School of Arts and currently is a third-year student at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Having earned recognition at the national piano competitions, she participates in various master classes, music camps and jam sessions, as a pianist and singer works with jazz, soul and pop music projects in Lithuania, Latvia and Germany, composes and arranges.
In 2009–2011, the pianist played and sang in her group Synchro mates, appeared at the Sea Fest in Klaipėda with the group she formed in AGATA camp. In 2012, she honed her skills in Brass & Jazz international study program in Riga, appeared in Sluškai Palace Art Festival with a duo Ladies in Jazz. Past summer she took part in Lithuanian Youth of Jazz project in Broma Jazz festival in Kėdainiai. Presently, as an Erasmus student she furthers her education at the University of Music, Drama and Media in Hannover.
In addition to focusing on solo performance and group Kaff she plays in The Jam Fam and Da’Frontin.
Kristijonas Doveika studied trumpet at M.K. Čiurlionis National School of Arts and the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Presently, he is preparing for entrance exams in London. He regularly takes part in master classes, appears in festivals, and collaborates with various international ensembles.
In 2010, as a member of the Big Band of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre he took part in Birštonas Jazz festival. Recently, he has regularly collaborated with Despotin Fam.
Drummer Jonas Gliaudelis studied at the Balys Dvarionas Music School and also took private lessons with drummer Darius Rudis. He started appearing on rock scene at the age 13; currently is a freelance musician.
In 2012, Gliaudelis earned third prize at the Tamsta Drum Day competition, in 2013 – second prize. He was the second at the Drum Competition in Latvia, at the Saulkrasti Jazz 2013 festival. The drummer is a member of Giedrė Solo, Džiazo miniatiūros, Eilinis Elitas and other projects, takes part in jam sessions, composes.
Arman Isojan studied violin at the S. Šimkus Conservatoire in Klaipėda; currently studies double bass at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
The musician has worked with Klaipėda Musical Theatre and Jurgis Barakauskas Dixieland. He appears in various projects and jazz sessions; took part in Klaipėda Castle Jazz Festival, Jazznica 2011 in Slovakia and Divercities Grenoble 2012 international project in France.
